A long connection, a business meeting, a stop on the road between Verona, Modena and Cremona: Mantua lends itself well to short visits too. The station is a quarter of an hour’s walk from Piazza Sordello and the whole historic centre is within easy reach on foot.
The only condition is to travel light: trolley cases and porphyry paving don’t get along. Mantova Locker is at Via Solferino e San Martino 4, just a short walk from the station: leave everything, explore, and come back for your bags before your train.
